At Newtown Primary School, our children take on a wide range of roles and responsibilities across school. Our amazing pupils complete application forms to explain why they would make exceptional candidates and how they demonstrate our Trust values: respect, responsibility and resilience.
Our School Councillors are elected by their peers and lead school initiatives, as well as participating in wider leadership events across Cumbria Education Trust.

After-school Care
Miss Ismay runs our after-school provision, which is available until 4:30pm. There is a charge for these sessions and all sessions must be booked through Parentmail. Please contact the office for further details.
