After last night’s announcements it is important I share with you an update on the current situation at school.
Happy Hampers was the brainchild of staff at Cumbria Education Trust’s Newtown Primary School and its neighbour, First Steps Day Nursery.
Carlisle’s Newtown Primary and Northside in Workington start the new school year under the wing of the trust, which now covers 11 schools and more than 4,000 students and pupils across the county.
We are looking forward to re-opening fully to all students in September.
